The Council of Administrators of Special Education invites you to submit a proposal to present a concurrent session at the CASE Academy of Law and Leadership in St. Louis, Missouri, on April 22-24, 2025. This innovative professional learning event will host teams of school district legal counsel and local district special education administrators/leaders who will present together on challenging issues related to IDEA/504 requirements, court rulings, due process hearing outcomes, state-level complaints, and more.
